Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales quotas for assigned sectors/regions/territories
  • Plan and direct the hiring and training of new sales engineers
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities
  • Prepare sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures
  • Track and analyse sales statistics 
  • Ensure achievement of divisional and personal sales targets
  • Prepare reports as needed
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Generate and sustain good customer relationships
  • Coordinate with service department on lead generation

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must have at least a Bachelor degree, or equivalent in Engineering or a related field
  • Must have minimum 5 years experiences as Sales Manager in Freight Forwarding & Shipping Industry.
  • Fluent in English both oral and written and Able to speak Mandarin is an advantage
  • Experience in managing the sales process and forecast sales
  • Excellent in managerial and leadership skill as well as negotiation skill.
  • Detail-oriented, honest and disciplined
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales engineers
  • Flexible, highly committed and result oriented
  • Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
